Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy: A 30-minute consultation is required before client's first private tutoring session. Consultation must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the first private tutoring session. Booking Policy: All tutoring sessions (consultations, private tutor sessions, and workshops) must be scheduled through our official booking system. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Cancellation Policy Clients may reschedule sessions with 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of the session. No-Shows If a client does not attend a scheduled session: The session will be marked as completed No refund or reschedule will be provided Late Policy Clients arriving late will still end at the scheduled time. Extra time will not be added.
